Hunter Land Management provides it clients with full assurance that all our work complies with all legislation and guidelines. More specifically;

OHS
Hunter Land Management has a fully operational OHS Work System which complies with WorkCover Requirements for all activities required by these services. This system includes Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), HIAC (Hazard Identification and Control) Sheets and all required PPE Gear. Hunter Land Managements Site Safety Management Plan is available on request which covers all aspects of our services.

Qualifications and Accreditations
Hunter Land Management staff are fully qualified, accredited and experienced in all aspects of land management projects including tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science / Natural Resource Management, Certificates in Conservation and Land Management  and/or ChemCert courses.

Staff members regularly attend field days and conferences locally and nationally to ensure best               management practices are being implement by our business. Full resumes of all staff are available on request outlining specific qualifications and experience.

Insurances
Hunter Land Management is fully insured for all of our services including;

• Public Liability Insurance ($10m)
• Professional Indemnity Insurance ($2M)
• Workers Compensation Insurance (Field and Office Staff)
• Comprehensive Insurance of all equipment (4WD, Quads, GPS, Portable Computers, Firearms etc)

Certificates of Currency are available for all of these insurances on request.

Quality and Safety - QSAFE
QSafe was adopted by Hunter Land Management to enforce health, safety and quality within the workforce. QSafe incorporates and represents Hunter Land Managements Policies such as

• Fatigue, Drug and Alcohol Policy
• Vehicle and Equipment Policy
• Firearms use Policy
• Communication and Chemical Use Policies
• Disciplinary Policy
• Environment and Community Policy
• OH&S Policy
• Workers Compensation Policy
• Non Smoking Policy and Uniform Policy 

  Listed below are Hunter Land Managements Golden Rules as outlined by the QSafe Policy;

• Quality of the job, ensuring that all employees and clients understand the task at hand and how it is to be completed to the best standard
• Safety - Hunter Land Management sees this as number one priority and that all are responsible for the safety in the workplace
• Assessments of risks and hazards in place of work, also attempts to make controls on these outlying hazards, all reports and incidents muct be reported to supervisors and managers to enable ways that accidents etc do not occur again, prevention is the key to a safe and productive workplace
• Full Compliance by Hunter Land Managements employees to clients and work procedures.
• Equipment - all equipment must be fit and safe for its work purpose and only those competent to oprate/use this equipment is allowed.
